Five star dining….

Last night we had a sumptuous dinner at the Radison Blu. We could never have afforded staying there, but with a little charm and some singing in Norwegian, we were able to negotiate a deal and eat like Kings. The buffet menu included all kinds of salads, fresh Norwegian seal, whale, sole, and salmon, duck, beef, pork, potatoes and vegatables, freshly-made bread, and yummy desserts. The view was as delicious as the food!

We did training on good manners and the boys did beautifully. Napkins in laps, work from the outside in with silver wear, take small portions knowing you can come back for more, quiet conversation. You would have been proud. And maybe shocked. When the expectations are made clear, the boys always rise to the occasion. They never cease to amaze us.
